End of season

We are now closed for the season and will re-open in the spring.

While it has been a challenging year with record amounts of rainfall back in the spring, we have still been busy expanding our plant collections, including our National Plant Collection® of Waterlilies which now total over 340 varieties.

We have some large maintenance projects planned for the winter months which can only be done while we are closed to the public. Along with the usual tree surgery, we need to reduce some sections of reedbed which are taking over, and also to desilt areas of our northern lakes which suffered from pollution earlier this year.

Thank you for your support and we look forward to welcoming you back in 2025!

Kind regards,
from all the team at Bennetts
